In this role you will partner with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities in your territory and work with customers and partners to translate needs into feasible designs. You will manage customer programs through design cycles, support evaluation and field trials, and help shape product roadmaps. You will present technical specs to customers and collaborate with internal teams to drive cross‑functional execution. This position offers impact across regions and a strong emphasis on hands‑on technical leadership and customer success.

Responsabilidades
Identify opportunities with Sales and Marketing in your territory
Refine customer specifications with customers and distribution partners
Manage customer programs through design cycles (prototype, EVT, PVT, pre-production, mass production)
Review customer board designs and assist evaluation
Define feasibility of customer requests




Demonstrate evaluation platforms to customers
Provide field trial support
Conduct lab testing and characterization of reference platforms; assist design transfers
Write documentation for reference designs, eval kits, and product datasheets
Gather feature requests to inform the product roadmap
Present roadmap and technical specs to internal and external customers
Help sales prioritize regional requests
Coordinate across engineering to support customers
Provide management with updates on business outlook by design xqbhyrx stage
Support technical product training to other FAEs
Provide support to FAEs from other regions
Prioritize efforts based on urgency and opportunity size
Requisitos principales
BS in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or similar; 5 years of experience
Self-motivated
Good communication skills
Team-oriented
Field applications experience in RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal environments
Experience with evaluation platforms and reference designs
Laboratory testing and characterization
