As an Account Executive for the Benelux market, you will drive new business and expand Perk’s footprint with outbound and inbound leads. You’ll present demos, own the full sales cycle, and articulate Perk’s value to a variety of stakeholders, from Office Managers to CFOs. Collaborating with Marketing and leveraging Salesforce, you’ll refine lead qualification while becoming a product expert. This role offers a hands-on, high-impact path to transform how organizations manage business travel, with a collaborative, growth-focused culture.

Prospect and manage a personal pipeline for Benelux, handling outbound and inbound leads
Deliver product demos and own follow-up through closing




Qualify needs and map Perk’s value to prospect requirements
Engage with stakeholders from Office Managers to CFOs in high-level discussions
Maintain accurate prospect activity in Salesforce
Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead qualification and awareness
Develop deep knowledge of Perk and its evolving features
Requisitos principales
Native Dutch speaker and fluent English
Experience in sales within the Benelux market
Track record as a hunter xqbhyrx with pipeline development through outbound initiatives
Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite executives
Understanding of B2B solution selling with short sales cycles
Ambitious, ethical, and able to work as individual contributor within a team
Customer-centric mindset
Legal authorisation to work in Spain
