In this role you will manage day-to-day accounting for the Spanish entity and ensure accurate financial data within the ERP. You will own tasks from bookkeeping to month-end close, VAT filings, and AP/AR management, while supporting audits and reporting. You will collaborate with local management and the international finance team, contributing to process improvements in a growing, cross-border environment. This position offers ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a direct impact on financial operations.

Responsabilidades
Bookkeeping for the Spanish entity
Month-end close processes
VAT and statutory filings




Accounts payable and accounts receivable management
Ensure ERP data accuracy
Support internal and external audits
Prepare and support financial reporting
Collaborate with local management and international finance team
Requisitos principales
Degree in Accounting, Corporate Administration, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience in Spain.
Experience preparing and submitting Spanish tax filings (VAT, modelos 303/349/390, withholding, annual declarations).
Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP (PGC) and VAT regulations.
Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly desirable.
Advanced Excel skills. xqbhyrx
