In this role you will own and evolve the end-to-end collection strategy for consumer lending, with a strong emphasis on data, segmentation, and AI-driven decisioning. You will drive AI-powered approaches to optimize recovery and tailor communications, while ensuring compliance and strong stakeholder collaboration. You’ll work across Finance, Product, Data, and Legal to balance effectiveness with fairness in a fast-paced fintech environment. Responsabilidades
Design and execute data-driven collection strategies using analytics and predictive models
Develop AI-powered collection approaches to optimize next-best-action and contact prioritization
Personalize customer engagement by adapting tone, channel, and timing based on behavior
Own collection KPIs (recovery rate, roll rate, cost-to-collect) and ensure ROI-positive initiatives
Ensure SLAs and regulatory compliance across collection activities
Collaborate with Finance, Product, Data, and Legal; manage external partners like collection agencies
Requisitos principales
7+ years in consumer loan collections with strategic and operational experience
Fintech, Banking, or Financial xqbhyrx Services background
Knowledge of SEPA payment schemes and regulations is a strong plus
Strong data mindset with experience in large datasets and segmentation models
Experience or exposure to AI applications in collections (predictive scoring, automated decisioning)
Strategic thinking with a strong execution focus
