In this SAP SuccessFactors Consultant role, you will design, develop and deploy SAP-based HR solutions for clients, translating business needs into SAP requirements. You’ll work in cross-functional teams, delivering SuccessFactors projects across local and remote settings. You’ll lead client interactions, manage project scope and collaborate with integral delivery centers to ensure value and success. This opportunity lets you shape HR technology at scale within a diverse, innovation-driven culture.
Responsabilidades
Develop, deliver and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions
Capture and translate client requirements into SAP specifications
Oversee SuccessFactors development, customizations and deployment




Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams (technical, functional, business)
Lead and manage projects, including client relationships and coordination with global delivery centers
Requisitos principales
4-6 years of Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Knowledge of Employee Central and/or Recruiting Management
Experience xqbhyrx translating functional and system requirements into technical specs
Strong English and Spanish proficiency for consulting
Good communication and team-player mindset
Occasional travel may be required
