In this role you will help design and integrate ground segment solutions for complex space missions, shaping technical proposals and high-level architectures in international contexts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasible, valuable solutions and contribute to risk assessment and planning during bids. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge space programs and international project environments. You will work with customers and internal stakeholders to define competitive technical approaches that support mission success.

Responsabilidades
Integrate ground segment solutions with various mission elements
Support preparation of technical proposals, ensuring feasibility and value
Coordinate technical contributions across subsystems (MCS, FDS, MPS, PDGS) and related domains
Contribute to effort estimation, technical planning, and risk assessment during bidding




Engage with customers and stakeholders to define and negotiate competitive technical solutions
Contribute to systems engineering activities and high-level architectural decisions within international contexts
Requisitos principales
5–8 years of experience in Space Systems Engineering or related complex industries
Experience with Ground Segment systems including Monitoring & Control, operations, and mission data processing
Fluent English; willingness to travel within Europe and to North America and Asia
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills xqbhyrx
Knowledge of systems architecture tools and MBSE; INCOSE or PMP certifications (valued)
Experience with cloud computing applied to systems; familiarity with real mission environments and institutional space programs (helpful)
Additional languages: German, French, or Italian (valued)
Experience in proposal development, pre-sales, or complex bid engineering (valued)
