In this role you will own the public API and integrations framework end-to-end, shaping developer and user experiences while ensuring cross-product consistency. You will collaborate with product and design to deliver real customer value, mentor peers, and help define the AI-enabled integration roadmap after the YepCode acquisition. You’ll work on scalable systems that connect Factorial to payroll, ATS, ERPs, and other services, driving impact across the platform.

Responsabilidades
Own end-to-end API and integrations framework development from problem definition to production- ready shipping, monitoring and iteration
Collaborate with Product and Design to align API/integration capabilities with user needs
Maintain cross-product consistency for experiences across verticals (ATS, payroll, ERPs) within Factorial design system




Engage with customers through calls and feedback to validate solutions and reduce assumptions
Mentor peers and contribute to engineering best practices
Help shape AI-related concepts (AI Skills, evaluation frameworks, RAG, agentic workflows) as part of the YepCode roadmap
Take ownership of system reliability, performance, and long-term evolution of integrations framework
Build reusable abstractions for multi-team usage across languages and products
