In this Senior AI Transformation role, you will shape and execute AI-enabled change across Wealth Management & Insurance, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, governance-aligned AI initiatives. You’ll translate business pain points into practical AI solutions, drive adoption, and ensure scalable, compliant outcomes across geographies. This role blends strategy, delivery, and enablement to push a customer-centric transformation through AI.

Responsabilidades
Define and execute AI transformation plans aligned with business priorities and governance
Identify and prioritise AI use cases across the wealth lifecycle to improve productivity, advisory support, and efficiency
Translate pain points into AI solutions including prompt patterns, Copilot experiences, workflows, and adoption journeys
Lead workshops with senior stakeholders and frontline teams to redesign processes and define target operating models
Build business cases, roadmaps, and KPI frameworks to evidence impact on efficiency, revenue, risk, adoption, and quality
Coordinate delivery with Data & AI, Engineering, Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and vendors to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions
Act as trusted advisor on AI adoption,



prompt engineering, change management, and responsible AI; develop enablement materials and training
Advise WM&I; leadership on AI strategies and governance to accelerate adoption across geographies
Requisitos principales
6+ years in business transformation, management consulting, product management, data, technology, or innovation within financial services or regulated environments
Proven experience translating business needs into technology-enabled transformations and managing senior stakeholders
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, data products or digital productivity solutions (preferred)
Fluent English (Required)
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Copilot-style tools, prompt engineering and AI adoption patterns (Required) xqbhyrx
Ability to map processes, identify automation opportunities, redesign operating models and define business cases with KPI frameworks (Required)
Knowledge of responsible AI, data protection, cyber, governance considerations; experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI-based platforms, Power Platform (preferred)
Excellent senior stakeholder management and executive communication
Strong delivery discipline and cross-functional coordination
Strategic judgement, autonomy and ability to structure ambiguity
Generative AI, Copilot-style productivity tools, agentic workflows, prompt engineering and AI adoption patterns
Process mapping and automation opportunity identification
Governance and risk considerations for AI in regulated environments
