In this role you lead aerospace programs from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational guidelines and customer specifications. You drive scope, schedule, and budget to deliver on time, on cost, and with quality, while coordinating with cross-functional domains. You create and monitor the integrated project baseline and report progress to program leadership, addressing risks and critical blockers. You act as the primary interface with customers and stakeholders and oversee deliverable content and contract changes. This is a hands-on, collaborative leadership position in a high-stakes environment.
Responsabilidades
Coordinate all activities within assigned programs from start to finish
Ensure program content and strategy align with organizational guidelines
Define and deploy programs per technical specifications and fulfill contracts
Define and oversee budgets and manage cost deviations to protect margins
Create and monitor the integrated project baseline (schedule, scope, WBS/WPs,



resources, risks)
Organize and lead the project team to deliver quality, on time, and within cost
Provide program visibility to line management with KPIs, risks, and status
Ensure cross-domain coordination and resolve blocking points; escalate when needed
Maintain customer communication throughout program development and interface with functional areas
Oversee content of deliverable documentation and manage contract/product changes within the baseline
Ensure program delivery adheres to xqbhyrx governance and reporting requirements
Support program line leader in representing the program to stakeholders
Maintain awareness of compliance risks and act with integrity
Requisitos principales
Technical or Managing Degree for leading Aerospace Programs
Experience: minimum 4 years
