In this role you will lead end-to-end PSS implementation projects for ADP Celergo, serving as the main client contact and coordinating with general partners. You’ll configure the ADP Celergo portal, test and optimize the solution, and ensure invoicing and payment settings align with client needs and regulations. You will explain country-specific payment issues, train clients online, and support the implementation team to a successful go-live. This role combines client-facing delivery with technical setup and cross-functional collaboration to scale payment services globally. You will contribute to a world-class service mindset by proactively addressing issues and maintaining strong stakeholder
Responsabilidades
Lead technical setup of PSS projects in the ADP Celergo portal
Configure regulatory settings in the CGC/global platform
Develop, test and optimize global payment solutions per customer specs
Attend client calls and resolve technical questions related to PSS




Train clients via online demonstrations of payroll and payments technology
Serve as point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing and fulfilment during implementation
Relay payment information to global partners in a timely manner
Support Implementation Project Manager for PSS until project completion
Ensure implementation window adherence per contract
Assist with global implementation with partners
Analyze client organization and interface
Organize stakeholder meetings to review status and issues
Provide action plans and issue resolution xqbhyrx
Maintain strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
Travel to client locations when required
Requisitos principales
Bachelors degree
Two to five years related experience
Service environment experience preferred
Excellent communication (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Experience with ADP Celergo portal
Knowledge of regulatory settings/global platform (CGC)
Experience with multi-country payments implementations
