In this fixed-term Area Manager role within Amazon Logistics, you lead a team to deliver scalable, data-driven last-mile operations. You will build processes and systems to schedule tens of thousands of packages across multiple stations, focusing on cost, customer experience, and driver satisfaction. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to drive real-time decisions and continuous improvements that improve performance and scale the operation. This role offers impactful leadership experience in a fast-paced, evolving logistics environment.
Responsabilidades
Manage daily team operations and ensure timely execution of tasks following standard practices
Monitor weekly and daily performance; analyze trends, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions
Develop scalable standard work and processes to support remote coordination of a complex operation
Lead process improvement initiatives through quantitative analysis and data-driven decision making




Create and maintain recognition and communication programs for the scheduling team
Oversee shift coverage (Sundays and Thursdays 12:00–20:00 CET) and coach team members to improve performance
Requisitos principales
Experience working in ambiguous environments and with flexible, weekend schedules
Knowledge of direct-to-customer fulfillment operations and strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience defining projects, gathering requirements, and designing process solutions
Bachelor in Engineering, xqbhyrx Operations, or related field
Excellent English communication skills and ability to partner with management and delivery providers
Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and analytical problem solving
Ability to adapt to business growth and changing management
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
