In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams to plan and deliver initiatives for a vehicle data platform. You’ll act as the primary liaison with external clients and partners, ensuring transparent status and on-time delivery. You’ll translate requirements into actionable plans, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in processes. This is an impact-driven position that combines organization, troubleshooting, and direct stakeholder engagement to keep high-visibility projects on track. Responsabilidades
Lead end-to-end project planning and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
Create and maintain roadmaps, plans, and status reports to align engineering, product, and leadership
Serve as the go-to contact for external clients/partners, managing expectations and delivery timelines
Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and technical issues with cross-functional troubleshooting
Facilitate cross-functional meetings and ensure clear ownership of action items




Translate business and client requirements into structured tasks for engineering teams
Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality; escalate issues early
Maintain project documentation and client-facing materials
Collaborate with engineering leads to address bottlenecks and process gaps
Support post-project reviews and drive PM process improvements
Requisitos principales
5+ years managing technical projects in software data platforms or enterprise IT
Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven troubleshooting ability and cross-team xqbhyrx coordination
Experience working with external clients or partners and handling expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to simplify technical detail
Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Familiarity with APIs, cloud environments, and data pipelines
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and reporting
PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
