As a Senior Platform Engineer within Platform As A Service, you shape and operate our integral platform foundations used by multiple product teams. You drive improvements to developer experience with scalable, self-service workflows and clear abstractions. You’ll work with Kubernetes, GitOps, and service mesh to support reliability and scale, including AI infrastructure ambitions. This role offers ownership from design to production, guiding teams and mentoring engineers while advancing platform strategy and performance.

Responsabilidades
Design, build and operate platform capabilities used by multiple teams across the company
Improve developer experience with scalable self-service workflows and reusable patterns
Work with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps across the full lifecycle (design, implement, test, operate)
Evolve Kubernetes-based platforms with multi-cluster and multi-region setups
Operate the Istio-based service mesh layer with multi-cluster capabilities
Contribute to edge-related platform capabilities for secure, scalable request handling
Contribute to AI infrastructure, self-hosted LLMs, inference workloads and MCP ecosystems
Assess and integrate modern AI tooling in a scalable, reliable way




Lead technically complex initiatives and navigate ambiguity to sustainable engineering decisions
Reduce cognitive load by automating tasks and standardizing platform capabilities
Collaborate with engineers from different areas to align platform with broader needs
Mentor engineers through technical discussions, reviews and collaboration
Own problems end-to-end from early design to production operation
Help define production platform evolution balancing reliability, scalability and developer experience
Requisitos principales
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and containerised environments
Solid understanding of Linux, networking and distributed systems
Experience designing and operating production systems at scale
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, GitOps workflows and platform engineering concepts
Ability to reason about xqbhyrx complex systems and debug production issues methodically
Ability to balance pragmatism and engineering quality in technical decisions
Proactive and collaborative mindset; comfortable driving initiatives and aligning with stakeholders
Ownership attitude and focus on quality, scalability and reliability
Ability to mentor and support other engineers through leadership and collaboration
