In this role, you will support Sales and Operations by defining technical requirements for port handling projects and adapt solutions with the global engineering team. You’ll supervise technicians, manage installations and punch lists, and ensure compliance with client needs and regulatory standards. You’ll track progress, produce reports, and promote a Total Quality culture. The position offers international travel and cross-functional collaboration within a global leader in material handling.
Responsabilidades
Define technical requirements and specifications to enable successful project delivery
Collaborate with integral engineering to tailor solutions to local needs while satisfying client requirements
Supervise technicians and contractors, train staff, verify installations, identify defects, and manage punch lists
Monitor daily progress,



produce status reports, and update project schedules to meet deadlines
Maintain awareness of applicable regulations and standards and promote Total Quality culture
Requisitos principales
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
An IWE certification and/or Master in Industrial Design valued
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minimum 3 years experience in engineering, metal fabrication, xqbhyrx or similar industrial environment
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
Spanish (native or fluent) and strong English; second foreign language is a plus
Proactive and self-motivated
Strong leadership
Solid business acumen
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
