In this role you design and operate scalable, highly available cloud network infrastructures for Schwarz Global Services Barcelona, enabling multi-tenant environments across the Schwarz Group. You collaborate with software teams to define infrastructure needs and automate the lifecycle of network products. You’ll own monitoring, problem resolution, and capacity planning in a cross-functional, agile setting. This position offers impact by shaping the network backbone for a large, dynamic retail group with a strong emphasis on automation and reliability.
Responsabilidades
Design scalable, high-availability cloud network architectures
Apply in-depth Linux Networking, IPv6, routing protocols, and load-balancing tech
Drive Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and automation with Go




Troubleshoot complex network issues including MTU and routing problems
Define infrastructure requirements with software engineering teams
Develop and maintain network monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning
Collaborate in an agile team and document code for maintainability
Requisitos principales
Deep experience with Linux Networking, IPv6, BGP, IPSEC, WireGuard
Multi-year network engineering background, ideally in data center xqbhyrx networks
Proficiency in network automation and IaC (Terraform)
scripting ability (Go)
Cloud networking knowledge (VPCs, Load Balancers, SDN) and open-source tech (FRRouting)
Understanding of CI/CD processes and APIs to work with software teams
