In this role you will define and govern scalable SQA strategies and embed test frameworks for high-quality embedded software on Radio IC and SoC products. You will influence cross-program quality practices and drive reusable automation across programs, ensuring end-to-end traceability and audit-ready evidence. You’ll lead CI/CD integration for automated validation and monitor quality metrics to reduce defects. This is a hands-on role with cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams, offering a meaningful impact on product reliability and release confidence.
Responsabilidades
Define, govern, and maintain SQA strategy and test framework architecture with end-to-end traceability and audit-ready documentation
Evolve reusable embedded software test frameworks, automation libraries, infrastructure, and toolchains
Enable standardization and reuse across programs; support functional, integration, system, regression, and continuous verification
Lead integration of test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines and define automated quality gates
Define and track quality metrics (coverage, defect rates, regression stability, CI health) and drive continuous improvement




Perform defect trend analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective/preventive actions
Act as SQA SME; influence system and software design for testability and quality
Lead audits, risk assessments, and change management to ensure adherence to quality criteria
Contribute to continuous improvement of ADI software development and quality processes
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Significant experience in embedded software testing and validation
Proven experience designing and implementing automated test frameworks xqbhyrx
Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python for test development
Strong experience with embedded systems, hardware/software interaction, and debugging
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git-based workflows) and test/defect management tools
Demonstrated ability to develop test strategies aligned to requirements and execute across the full software lifecycle
Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills with ability to drive quality improvements
