As Team Leader in Worldsensings Engineering, you guide a scrum-based engineering team to develop and enhance IoT monitoring solutions. You collaborate with engineers, project managers and external partners to deliver end-to-end innovations that add value to our Loadsensing platform. You drive solution improvements using our products and APIs, uphold quality and documentation, and foster team growth. This role offers impact within a integral IoT leader shaping critical infrastructure monitoring.

Responsabilidades
Apply technical skills to advance product innovations through challenging projects
Collaborate with engineers, PMs and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
Enhance solutions with Worldsensing products and APIs
Manage and nurture relationships with engineers, product owners and technical stakeholders




Ensure rigorous documentation, quality engineering, testing and support
Lead and organize an engineering scrum team to maximize performance
Develop people within the team and support their growth
Ensure processes are followed and drive continuous improvement
Requisitos principales
5+ years of hands-on engineering and software development
3+ years with React and/or Python
Experience with other languages (JavaScript/Java) welcomed
Proficient in Linux environments
Experience with Docker
Experience developing and deploying cloud applications xqbhyrx (microservices, queues, APIs)
CI/CD tooling experience a plus
Kubernetes experience a plus
Solution design and architecture
Basic networking knowledge
Experience managing scrum teams
Experience with project planning
BS degree in a technical field or equivalent
Good level of spoken and written English
Ability to organize work and the team with minimal day-to-day direction
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication and commercial focus
