In this role you will own the full software development lifecycle for high-performance C# applications while serving as a Scrum Master. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid 75/25 setup to deliver robust software and empower the development team through Agile practices. You will tackle ambiguity, apply modern AI-assisted tools, and drive code quality and team efficiency in pursuit of Roche’s mission to advance healthcare. This position places you at the intersection of software engineering and agile leadership to create meaningful patient impact.
Responsabilidades
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (feasibility, design, coding, testing, maintenance)
Design and implement code and unit/subsystem tests based on requirements and architecture
Plan, estimate, and deliver work within the development team with proactive communication
Conduct reviews of own and peers’ code and assess design, usability,
performance
Navigate ambiguity and maintain forward progress
Act as a Fullstack Developer
Serve as Scrum Master to facilitate progress, remove blockers, and promote transparency
Foster continuous improvement through agile practices and empowerment
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
7+ years of professional software development experience
C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0 proficiency
SQL Server experience with xqbhyrx database design and Entity Framework
Git/GitHub knowledge
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Experience with AI-supporting tools across the development lifecycle
Build environment definition experience
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
CSM or PSM I certification and at least 2 years as Scrum Master for a software team
