In this role you will drive AI-powered automation to optimize AMZL’s Central Operations, bridging business operations with technical implementation. You’ll develop predictive analytics, scalable workflows, and intelligent decision-support to improve intra-week forecasting and capacity management. You will collaborate with Operations, Data Science, and Engineering to deploy AI/ML solutions, shaping how we plan, execute, and scale last-mile delivery. This is a hands-on role with high impact on efficiency and automation at scale.
Responsabilidades
Design and implement AI-powered automation to streamline processes
Develop ML models for predictive analytics and forecasting
Build automated decision-support systems applicable across the network
Create intelligent workflows reducing manual intervention and increasing accuracy
Partner with Data Science to deploy ML solutions into production
Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies for business use




Develop diagnostic analyses to identify automation opportunities and inefficiencies
Translate business requirements into automated technical solutions
Optimize daily tasks via intelligent automation and process redesign
Monitor KPIs with predictive analytics to identify trends
Lead AI/automation projects from conception to deployment and scaling
Balance business requirements with technical feasibility in solutions
Design tactical and long-term automation strategies
Provide input on prioritization and synergies between initiatives
Mentor team members across business and technical xqbhyrx domains
Present AI/automation solutions to leadership and influence adoption
Build cross-functional relationships to meet shared goals
Requisitos principales
Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field
Experience managing projects
Experience with Excel and data analysis
Experience working with multiple stakeholder groups
Excellent communication abilities
