In this role you will shape the talent development portfolio across the organization, serving as the primary learning consultant for global initiatives. You will craft and execute learning strategies aligned with business priorities and culture, while designing customized solutions and evaluating impact. You’ll partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to deliver training materials and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a high-impact opportunity to advance employee development and organizational effectiveness at scale.
Responsabilidades
develop and implement learning strategies based on needs analysis
manage the annual Learning & Development portfolio to align with business priorities
design customized learning solutions and content
evaluate training program effectiveness and compliance
collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create training materials
own end-to-end learning programs, from needs analysis to impact evaluation




translate business strategies into capability roadmaps and deliver multi-region projects on time and budget
Requisitos principales
min 10-12 years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development
general, matrixed environment experience
consulting experience with senior stakeholders
ability to translate business strategies into capability roadmaps
experience delivering multi-region projects on time and within budget
strong learning technology and data fluency
hands-on with LMS platforms (e.g., xqbhyrx SAP SuccessFactors Learning) and virtual delivery tools
proficiency in analytics and dashboards for reporting and continuous improvement
experience in regulated, science-led industries (advantage)
strong relationship-building with external trainers and vendors
proactive in addressing L&D; inquiries and customizing training requests
