In this role, you will lead branding and loyalty initiatives across CSS EMEIA, shaping brand value propositions and ensuring consistent guidelines regionally. Responsabilidades
Lead regional branding initiatives across CSS EMEIA for multiple portfolios (Compression and Air Treatment).
Drive brand architecture, positioning,



transitions, and consolidations with cross-functional teams.
Develop execution roadmaps and ensure timely delivery across countries and channels. xqbhyrx
Coordinate marketing, communications, legal, digital, operations, sales, and support activities for branding changes.
Requisitos principales
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
5–10 years in brand management, marketing, customer engagement, or loyalty programs
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects across multiple countries and stakeholders
Strong understanding of brand governance, implementation, and customer lifecycle management
Experience in a B2B industrial/manufacturing/engineering environment is preferred
Experience supporting regional or general branding initiatives
