In this role you will convert mid-term production plans into firm, short-term schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure material availability and capacity alignment. You will monitor daily production against plans, propose corrective actions, and support inventory analysis and policy reviews. You help optimize short-term FG requirements and collaborate with Plant Production Schedulers, Purchasing, and Material Planning to sustain smooth operations. This role offers exposure to continuous improvement initiatives and a global, inclusive work environment.

Responsabilidades
Convert mid-term production plans into firm orders and short-term schedules
Develop and review short-term production and scheduling plans considering capacity and timing
Coordinate stock transfers up to the first decoupling point and liaise with Replenishment Planner
Monitor daily production versus weekly plans and identify corrective actions
Identify short-term finished goods requirements and propose allocations based on priorities
Assist in inventory analysis by reviewing policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock
Maintain key manufacturing parameters including capacity constraints for accurate planning
Provide inputs for S&OE; addressing material availability and capacity constraints
Collaborate with Plant Production Schedulers to coordinate scheduling activities
Work with Purchasing and Material Planning to ensure raw material availability for production
Support continuous improvement initiatives to xqbhyrx enhance planning performance
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering with focus on supply chain
1-2 years of experience in supply planning or related role
Experience with FMCG is an advantage
Fluent in English and German (oral and written)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is an advantage
