In this role you will lead the design and execution of Supplier Lifecycle Management and risk frameworks to support the S2P roadmap. You will harmonize end-to-end supplier processes, onboarding, segmentation, performance, and risk governance within a global, cross-functional procurement team. You will enhance data quality rules and ensure compliance across procurement data. This position offers impact across sustainability and growth in a science-led organization with collaborative, cross-border teams.

Responsabilidades
Design and lead end-to-end supplier lifecycle programs (onboarding, qualification, segmentation, relationship management)
Lead supplier performance and risk management initiatives
Develop and enhance the procurement risk management framework for suppliers and raw materials
Govern master data quality rules for procurement data to ensure integrity and compliance
Support Group initiatives and align with enterprise priorities
Identify synergies and drive continuous improvements to increase process efficiency
Foster governance, collaboration, and clear communication across stakeholders
Requisitos principales
Minimum 5 years of procurement expertise
Minimum xqbhyrx 7 years of experience managing complex general stakeholders, projects, and change initiatives
Strong knowledge of project methodologies
Strategic and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Effective interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
Fluent in written and spoken English
