In this role, you will lead the end-to-end deployment and ongoing optimization of the Digital Grid booking process across countries. You will ensure correct order booking, proper revenue attribution to the Digital Grid Product Line, and sustained adoption of standardized practices by country teams. You’ll work with global and local stakeholders to drive go-live readiness, hypercare, and continuous improvement, shaping scalable, cross-country processes that support a sustainable, data-driven finance operation.

Responsabilidades
Lead country deployments of the Digital Grid booking process with structured Pre-Go-Live and Post-Go-Live phases
Map country stakeholders and define booking teams for recurring and non-recurring orders
Ensure revenue attribution aligns to the correct Digital Grid Product Line
Support deployment of Commercial References with accurate master data and attributes
Train and enable booking teams on all booking activities, including service-contract-based recurring orders




Develop deployment plans with milestones, readiness assessments, risk management, and progress tracking
Provide hypercare post-go-live and coordinate corrective actions for process, system, and data issues
Monitor adoption and compliance via dashboards with Global Finance; drive continuous improvement and standardization across countries
Execute multi-country initiatives with clear governance to improve efficiency and control
Promote standardization and simplification of booking processes to support governance and scalability
Requisitos principales
Experience in Order Management, Offer Data Management, ERP deployment, or related fields
Strong understanding of order-to-cash, xqbhyrx revenue attribution, and business systems
Proven ability to manage cross-functional/global projects
Knowledge of SAP ERP and dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience in digital transformation or process excellence projects
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and training skills
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
BE/B.Tech from a reputed institute
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Independent work style with ability to manage multiple priorities
