In this role you drive Data & AI-driven transformation for Supply Chain & Operations, partnering with business leaders and technical experts to translate AI opportunities into measurable impact. You shape strategy, guide execution, and help grow the practice through proposals and offerings. You will bridge business and tech stakeholders, design governance foundations, and quantify value with KPIs. This position offers hands-on strategic influence across global, fast-paced engagements with a strong emphasis on delivering tangible outcomes.

Responsabilidades
Lead Data & AI transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities, shaping strategies, and guiding AI solution development with technical teams
Define and implement Data & AI strategies to enable SC&O; transformation, driving efficiency and innovation
Bridge business and technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful solution delivery




Design and support data governance models ensuring data quality, availability, and compliance
Develop business cases and value frameworks, quantify impact, define KPIs, and support executive alignment
Support business development, identifying opportunities and contributing to tailored proposals and go-to-market strategies
Requisitos principales
1+ year experience in Data & AI strategy, preferably in SC&O; or related domains
Consulting or industry background applying Data & AI to business challenges
Understanding of data governance, data management, and AI solution lifecycle
Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build xqbhyrx cross-functional relationships
Experience developing business cases, KPIs, and evaluating impact of AI initiatives
Analytical, structured problem-solving mindset focused on delivering value
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Team-oriented leadership with mentoring experience
Adaptability across multidisciplinary, global, fast-paced environments
Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus
Residence in Spain with a valid work permit
