Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company mission
Drive international expansion and market entry through partnerships
Lead capital-raising efforts including Series A and subsequent rounds




Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team
Act as primary liaison with investors, partners, and key stakeholders

Requisitos principales
10+ years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors
At least 5 years in a C-level position
Proven success in scaling companies internationally and securing substantial investment

Strong interpersonal skills to inspire teams and build consensus
