As Head of Networks Guild, you will lead AXA Partners’ global network strategy and services. You’ll shape and govern a worldwide network, aligning with AXA Group standards while driving security, efficiency, and innovation. You will lead a multi-location team of architects, engineers, and operators, coordinating with senior IT leaders. This role combines strategic roadmapping with hands-on governance to enable transformation across regions.
Responsabilidades
Develop and execute a general network roadmap aligned with group standards and business needs
Oversee design, build, and operation of worldwide network services with cost, security, and SLA discipline
Lead vendor management, project governance, security, and business continuity initiatives
Organize and optimize regional teams (EMEA & AMER) with clear roles and responsibilities
Manage infrastructure security (firewalls, IPS, DDoS, VPNs), cloud networking, SD-WAN, and application networking
Support digital branch evolution,



remote access, and network support for critical services
Collaborate with senior IT leaders on network-related projects, programs, and governance
Serve as primary Group contact for Network services and engage with CXO-level stakeholders and Guild leadership
Requisitos principales
Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-grade network solutions globally
Strong leadership of multi-location teams including architects, engineers, and operators
Expertise in WAN, LAN, VPN, xqbhyrx SD-WAN, security, and cloud network integration
Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, manage budgets, and drive organizational change
Excellent stakeholder engagement, especially with senior executives and cross-functional teams
Engineering Degree; networking certifications and relevant project management frameworks preferred
