In this role you drive digital marketing initiatives using Salesforce Marketing Cloud within an international online marketing team. You will build cross-channel journeys, implement data integrations, and optimize content with programmatic language and AI features. You’ll influence technical direction and shape future-proof processes as part of a broader transformation effort. This position combines hands-on marketing cloud work with strategic implementation in a global context.

Responsabilidades
Implement data stream integrations (e.g., SAS, AX) with Marketing Cloud
Provide ongoing admin support across multiple Business Units




Build Marketing Cloud Journeys across all channels (Newsletter & Print)
Develop responsive, personalized content using Marketing Cloud programmatic languages
Configure Salesforce Einstein for targeted, timely customer outreach
Shape future-proof processes and influence the direction of technical development
Requisitos principales
Experience with Marketing Cloud systems and/or integrating eCommerce systems
Knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM
Salesforce Marketing xqbhyrx Cloud Consultant certificate (preferred)
HTML knowledge and basic knowledge of AMPscript, Java, JSP or PHP (desirable)
Experience with database systems (SQL)
Ability to present complex issues clearly, both orally and in writing
Database administration experience
English level: Intermediate+
