In this role you drive aircraft performance deliverables across Airbus Defence and Space fixed-wing programs, supporting design phases and in-service operations. You will collaborate with the Flight Physics Centre of Competence to advance digitalization, standardization and operational excellence. You will lead performance studies, analyze flight data and contribute to certification processes. This is an opportunity to shape performance across programs while working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilidades
Lead aircraft performance activities for current and future programs and certification processes




Support design phases and evaluate performance impacts of configuration changes
Provide commercial and operations support through performance studies for campaigns, RFPs and customer queries
Analyze flight data and contribute to roadmaps for tool harmonization, data management and digitalization
Deliver high-quality technical dossiers on time, cost and quality and drive technology roadmaps
Foster continuous improvement and maintain cross-functional xqbhyrx communication with stakeholders
Requisitos principales
Master in Aeronautical Engineering
3-5 years of experience in Aircraft Performance (development, flight test, certification)
Advanced English (written and spoken)
German/Spanish fluency is a plus
