As Senior UX Researcher at eDO, you will partner with Prime to connect evidence across Travel products and markets, shaping the member journey. You lead high-value, mixed-methods studies and translate findings into strategic guidance for Product Directors and executives. You’ll own the research roadmap across the Prime lifecycle and build scalable operations to accelerate evidence-based decisions. This role blends research leadership with cross-functional influence to improve acquisition, engagement and retention. Responsabilidades
Manage the strategic Prime research roadmap across lifecycle stages (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, adoption, retention) and prioritize studies aligning with growth, revenue, and experience.
Execute end-to-end generative, evaluative, and mixed-methods research and synthesize findings with behavioral data and evidence into actionable insights.
Maintain an Evidence and Opportunity portfolio with source traceability and link research to execution and measurable results.
Coordinate Prime research demand and cross-functional dependencies; map end-to-end journey and remove silos; balance resource and CRM constraints; establish delivery plans and escalations.
Advise Product Directors and executives with clear, evidence-based recommendations; summarize trade-offs, risks, and limitations; regularly share priorities with leaders.




Lead team-wide CRM participant recruitment, manage workflows, incentives, privacy and sampling policies; maintain central roadmap and cross-team recruitment alignment; monitor metrics to improve CRM operations.
Build scalable Research Operations infrastructure (RACIs, SOPs, intake, templates); track metrics and define ownership with UR leadership and UXD Ops.
Scale responsible AI workflows from planning to impact, prioritize AI use cases, set validation and privacy controls, pilot and scale AI-driven research activities. xqbhyrx
Communicate research impact and limitations to stakeholders; ensure traceability from insights to business decisions.
Requisitos principales
5+ years of UX/behavioral research experience in digital products, e-commerce, SaaS or subscriptions
Proven leadership in strategic research influencing product roadmaps and business decisions
Strong mixed-methods expertise across qualitative and quantitative methods
Ability to synthesize multi-source evidence into actionable recommendations
Experience advising Product Directors and executives and influencing decisions
Experience with recruitment, customer panels, and scalable research operations
Strong systems thinking to build governance, workflows, and measurable operational controls
Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, Data, CRM, Legal, and Privacy teams
Applied experience using AI in research workflows with strong evidence quality and privacy judgment
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Fluency in Spanish, German, French, or Italian (English is standard)
