Responsabilidades
Create the Live-ops vision and roadmap and execute promotional campaigns
Analyze monetization strategy including pricing and segmentation
Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into product decisions
Monitor key metrics (ARPU, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive continuous improvement
Develop best practices for operational excellence in a live-ops team
Coordinate with features team to align xqbhyrx live-ops needs during feature development
Requisitos principales
Proven track record as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence
Experience working in a volatile and fast-paced environment and adaptability to change
Good communication and stakeholder alignment skills
