In this role you will treat CRM as a core product, shaping lifecycle experiences across email, push, in-app, and landing pages. You will connect CRM to the broader product journey, driving consistent, on-brand experiences that influence learner behavior. You’ll develop creative, data-informed concepts that move beyond campaigns into a cohesive product surface. Collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and content, you’ll deliver high-impact lifecycle moments that scale globally. Responsabilidades
Design CRM as a core product surface translating business goals into lifecycle experiences with hypotheses and experimentation
Create connected experiences across the full user journey ensuring consistency between in-product UX and CRM




Develop strong creative concepts that convert everyday touchpoints into purposeful, on-brand moments
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Copy, and Content to align feasibility and deliver cohesive experiences
Design for impact using data to iterate and improve performance across high-impact lifecycle touchpoints
Requisitos principales
Experience designing CRM, lifecycle, or product experiences in fast-moving digital environments
