In this role, you will lead and coordinate automotive projects to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. You’ll drive cross-functional collaboration to launch products and manage resources, budgets, and customer expectations. Responsabilidades
Manage assigned projects from operational and functional perspectives
Lead OEM/OES projects involving components and systems using established technologies
Achieve project KPIs across profitability, quality, development costs, payback, and production readiness




Ensure adequate and effective project resources
Identify and resolve issues via cross-functional collaboration and escalation
Define and manage project budgets within broader project or system budgets
Manage customer relationships at local and central levels
Coordinate communication within the project team and with related P2/P1 projects
Requisitos principales
Proven experience managing complex automotive projects (OEM/OES)
Strong cross-functional collaboration xqbhyrx and problem-solving abilities
Budgeting, cost control, and KPI tracking experience
Stakeholder and customer relationship management
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams and meet deadlines
Location readiness for Martos onsite role with potential hybrid arrangement
