Lead and evolve our Power Platform and data ecosystem to drive digitalization across Engineering and adjacent functions. You will design, implement, and govern data models, automate processes, build analytics, and mentor teams in a general, cross-functional setting. This role combines hands-on solution delivery with technical leadership to enable scalable, data-driven decision making. You will partner with stakeholders worldwide to deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions and AI-enabled analytics.

Responsabilidades
Maintain and improve Power Platform-based applications, automations, and reporting
Lead technical implementation of digitalization initiatives across Engineering and adjacent functions (Finance, R&D;, Operations)
Design and develop business applications; model Dataverse data and govern data
Integrate with Microsoft Planner Premium and other enterprise data sources (ERP/PLM)
Automate processes with Power Automate; create Power BI semantic models and advanced analytics
Troubleshoot, document, and contribute to ALM practices
Collaborate with global stakeholders, provide guidance,



user support, and training as needed
Coordinate external IT service providers to ensure quality and alignment with business needs
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 5–7 years of professional experience in business applications, data analytics, BI, or process automation
At least 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Strong design, development, deployment, and maintenance experience with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI)
Proficient data modelling and governance capabilities; experience with data integration
Fluent xqbhyrx in English; Spanish or German is a plus
Experience with AI, big data, Python, Microsoft Fabric is advantageous
Autonomous, proactive, well-organized with ability to work in an international environment
Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform (PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, DP-600 or equivalent) favored
