In this role, you will help define how AI transforms Fever’s Product Engineering, starting from solid backend foundations to AI-powered tooling. You’ll build scalable systems, harnesses for agents, evaluation infrastructure, and delivery rails that ship reliable outputs across the company. You’ll work within the AI & DevEx team to raise the performance of squads through end-to-end ownership of tooling, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape AI-driven engineering at a global leader in live entertainment.

Responsabilidades
Build agent harnesses, guardrails, and verification systems for high-quality, trustworthy agent output
Develop shared knowledge substrate read/write by agents across Fever
Own cloud development environments, CI runtime, and autonomous-delivery rails
Identify AI-enabled improvements to squad planning, coordination, and daily workflows




Design evaluation and metrics systems (baselines, before/after, DORA metrics, lead time) to ensure changes ship on signal
Optimize AI workflows for speed and cost (routing, caching, self-hosted vs frontier models)
Maintain production-grade software practices (testing, design patterns, CI/CD, observability)
Requisitos principales
5+ years building and operating production software at meaningful scale with end-to-end ownership
Strong software design fundamentals: testing, design patterns, clean architecture
Backend depth: RESTful APIs, relational DBs and SQL, distributed/event-driven patterns behind high-traffic services xqbhyrx
Full production ownership: CI/CD, observability, infrastructure
Proficient business English
1–2+ years shipping LLM applications to production with hands-on context engineering, RAG, multi-agent orchestration, and evals
Authored skills, sub-agents, evals, or verification harnesses and can walk through real work
ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
measurement-minded approach to experiments and impact
clear communication across cross-functional teams
