In this Senior QA role, you will safeguard the quality of global public-facing digital applications, including e-commerce sites and branding websites, across the full software delivery lifecycle. You work as an experienced contributor within distributed Agile teams to implement solid QA processes, accessibility compliance, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders across technical and non-technical areas and influence quality from design through release. This opportunity blends hands-on testing with AI-assisted approaches to drive reliable, accessible software at scale.
Responsabilidades
Verify compliance with business, functional, non-functional, and accessibility requirements for public-facing apps
Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases from user stories and acceptance criteria (Gherkin)
Develop test cases validating integrations, APIs, and data flows; perform API validations and SQL checks
Execute testing activities, log defects, coordinate with developers for fixes, and re-test
Maintain and update test suites and evidence in Azure DevOps; ensure traceability
Analyze results to identify recurring issues and quality risks; drive defect prevention
Support release activities with smoke/sanity testing and provide quality status
Triage production defects and verify fixes; contribute to root-cause analysis




Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure DoR/DoD adherence
Write and maintain QA documentation and accessibility evidence
Plan and monitor testing to meet sprint and release timelines
Collaborate with QA peers to align testing approaches; share best practices
Contribute to QA CoP by knowledge sharing and applying standards
Provide guidance to junior QA members without formal management duties
Complete required training per development plan
Requisitos principales
7+ years hands-on software quality assurance and testing experience
Solid SDLC and QA lifecycle understanding
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Proven ability to design and execute complex manual and automated test cases
Solid understanding of test automation concepts xqbhyrx and practices
Experience testing integrations, APIs, and data flows
Mandatory experience with AI-assisted QA tools
Strong knowledge of accessibility principles and validating public-facing apps
Experience using Azure DevOps (or equivalent ALM tools) for test management and traceability
Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, distributed environment
