In this role you will manage a portfolio of Tier 1 customers, driving engagement and growth within existing accounts. You’ll understand each client’s business to maximise Perk usage and identify expansion opportunities, delivering data-driven reviews to senior stakeholders. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations and roll-outs in a fast-growing environment. This position offers the chance to shape large enterprise travel programs while contributing to Perk’s mission of removing shadow work and boosting real work impact.

Responsabilidades
Own a portfolio of Tier 1 customers and maintain high engagement with key decision makers
Understand customers’ business to maximise Perk usage




Identify growth opportunities and drive cross-selling within accounts
Leverage data analytics to deliver reviews, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders
Develop strong client relationships to influence travel programs
Identify and solve recurring problems with long-term solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product integrations during roll-outs
Prioritise time to maximise impact in key business areas
Requisitos principales
