In this role you drive technical leadership for Roche’s Digital Solutions post-market portfolio, ensuring quality, reliability and patient safety after products reach customers. You’ll lead cross-functional investigations, influence engineering teams, and shape best practices across cloud-based, distributed systems. The position blends technical depth with collaboration, enabling proactive improvements and strong regulatory alignment. This is a pivotal role for advancing healthcare solutions at scale.

Responsabilidades
Provide technical leadership across Roches Digital Solutions ecosystem
Lead investigations into complex customer complaints and product quality issues
Coordinate cross-functional investigations with software, product, quality, and integral affiliates




Empower teams to make technically sound, regulation-compliant decisions
Identify trends from field data and feedback to drive quality and safety improvements
Collaborate with Engineers and Sub Chapter leads to improve engineering practices and ways of working
Requisitos principales
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical leadership in cloud-based, distributed environments
Proven ability to xqbhyrx lead through influence in matrix organizations
Strong background in modern software development, cloud technologies, distributed systems, DevOps, or digital health solutions
Passion for coaching engineers and building technical communities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management; fluent English
