In this role, you lead cross-functional teams to solve high-stakes client challenges and shape data-driven strategies. You’ll synthesize insights, leverage advanced frameworks, and guide end-to-end delivery to create impactful solutions. You’ll engage senior clients, articulate compelling narratives, and drive alignment across stakeholders. You’ll mentor teams, contribute to knowledge building, and help advance BCG’s transformation agenda with a practical, collaborative approach.
Responsabilidades
Lead cross-functional teams to solve clients’ most pressing challenges
Synthesize insights and steer analytical efforts to create innovative client solutions using BCG frameworks and tools
Engage high-level clients and deliver data-driven narratives and vision-setting




Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy in end-to-end program delivery
Champion talent development and foster an inclusive culture of mentorship and learning
Contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building
Requisitos principales
At least 7 years of experience in top-tier companies or consulting firms
Minimum 2 years of project management and leadership experience
Proven ability to build relationships xqbhyrx and manage clients across different seniority levels
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills for transformative solutions
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
