In this role you will lead highly visible building projects in Northern Europe for a Spanish contractor. You will oversee on-site delivery across diverse facilities and ensure projects meet high standards within a multinational setting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and drive timely, quality completion. Responsabilidades
Oversee site operations for singular building projects (hotels, stations, hospitals) in Northern Europe
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and quality standards




Manage site safety, budgets, and schedule to deliver on-time completion
Relocate and reside in Northern Europe to supervise projects onsite
Represent the company on-site and liaise with clients, consultants, and regulators
Requisitos principales
More than xqbhyrx 10 years of experience as a Site Manager
Experience in singular building projects (hotels, stations, hospitals, etc.)
High level of English and Spanish
Degree in Architecture or Engineering
Willingness to relocate and reside in Northern Europe
Site management
International project coordination
