In this role you will lead end-to-end project delivery for designated publication and medical education deliverables within Sanofi SBO. You’ll coordinate global stakeholders, manage timelines, budgets, and compliance, and drive quality across scientific communications. The position sits at the heart of medical content delivery, enabling impactful publications and educational activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality outputs that support medical and commercial objectives.

Responsabilidades
Lead end-to-end project management for designated publications/medical education deliverables
Develop scope of work, plans and schedules with internal stakeholders
Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings; track issues and risks
Support submission, compliance/approval/launch activities and maintain tools (e.g., PromoMats, DAM)
Manage assigned publication/medical education budget and external spend tracking
Liaise with global stakeholders for publication planning and medical events
Maintain integrated scientific communication plan with quarterly updates




Coordinate medical events and advisory boards as appropriate
Lead and mentor associate project specialists/PMs
Collaborate with scientific communication and medical content teams to ensure delivery quality and timelines
Track publication open access charges
Develop operational tools, processes to improve quality and productivity
Ensure adherence to compliance procedures and regulatory standards
Contribute to overall quality of outputs from the medical writing group
Maintain relationships with medical/scientific community to align with requirements
Leverage new technologies in SBO operations
Ensure efficient resourcing, quality, timeliness, and high technical standards
Requisitos principales
>8 years post-qualification xqbhyrx experience
Stakeholder management and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Project management experience; scientific/medical writing/communications background
Pharma experience with therapeutic area exposure; publication submission experience
Hands-on MLR process experience; familiarity with tools like Veeva PromoMats desirable
University degree; advanced life sciences/pharmacy degree desirable
Excellent English (spoken and written)
