In this role you will lead on-site commissioning and start-up of Schneider Electric cooling solutions across a broad product range. You will assess installation quality, optimize operational conditions, and perform root cause analyses with cross-functional colleagues. You’ll train customers, document activities, and contribute to preventive maintenance programs while supporting complex, international projects. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position focused on delivering reliable cooling performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades
Perform startup and commissioning across the full cooling product range
Evaluate installation quality of piping and hydraulic circuits
Assess system installation and operational conditions
Carry out on-site adjustments to achieve optimal performance
Identify root causes across quality, software, and operation issues
Collaborate with Schneider Electric engineers and partners on site




Document and manage defective parts for disposal/repair
Train customers on basic equipment operations
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for cooling systems
Requisitos principales
Thorough understanding of HVAC principles with basic electrical knowledge
Ability to work with general direction and independently
Compliance with safety policies and procedures
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures and technical documents
Strong problem-definition, data collection, xqbhyrx and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and travel internationally (70% availability)
EU passport holder
University degree in Mechanical or Electrotechnical field
Fluent English (B2+ level)
Flexibility, reliability, attention to detail, customer focus, team orientation, leadership
Good software literacy: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD
