In this role you will steer the enterprise AI platform, shaping architecture and governance to industrialize AI capabilities across a global organization. You will lead a cross-functional team to deliver scalable ML/LLM solutions, ensure security and data integrity, and set MLOps/LLMOps standards. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role at a stable, global industry leader where AI drives product and process improvements. You’ll partner with IT, security, and business units to scale AI responsibly and ethically.

Responsabilidades
Define the technical roadmap for the enterprise AI platform (Azure ML, Databricks) and design scalable frameworks for LLMs, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics




Ensure robust integration of AI solutions within the integral IT landscape, security, and data infrastructure
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers, fostering technical excellence
Establish enterprise MLOps/LLMOps standards, ensure ethical AI/data privacy compliance, and coordinate resource allocation for global projects
Requisitos principales
8+ years in IT/Engineering with proven leadership in AI, ML, or data-driven platforms
Strong xqbhyrx expertise in enterprise AI environments (Azure ML, Azure Databricks) and production MLOps/LLMOps
Solid understanding of infrastructure, data platforms, networking, and security integration
Experience managing technical teams and navigating matrixed, multinational organizations
Professional fluency in English (French is a strong plus)
