Freenow by Lyft is seeking an Operations Growth Manager (Demand) to own the local growth strategy in Spain, with Madrid or Barcelona focus. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Pricing, Marketplace, Marketing and Local Operations to translate data into action and drive marketplace performance. You will lead end-to-end growth projects, develop business cases, monitor impact, and advise the General Manager with local market insights to shape Freenow's strategy in Spain.
