Overview In this role, you drive growth for Idira's Agentic Identity Security in Iberia by engaging enterprise customers and forming strategic partnerships. You work with a regional sales team to build executive-level relationships and close deals that span multiple buying centers. You translate complex security solutions into compelling business cases and align technology architecture with customer outcomes. You'll collaborate with partners, SEs, and post-sales teams to ensure adoption and full value realization. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your impact accelerates security innovation.
Responsabilidades Manage executive-level customer relationships (CISO, CIO) to meet and exceed regional sales quotas for Secrets Management and Agentic Identity solutions.
Develop and present business cases detailing cost, benefits, and risk to drive decision-making.
Coordinate with solutions engineers, subject matter experts, and services to map architecture to business outcomes.
Partner with post-sales teams to ensure product adoption and value realization for customers.
Work with channel partners, resellers, and systems integrators to expand reach in Iberia.
Requisitos principales 5+ years of field sales experience with enterprise accounts
Experience as an overlay sales specialist is a bonus
Extensive platform selling in complex multi-buying-center sales
Knowledge of Identity Security, Secrets Management, WIM, DevOps Security and related vendors
Proven relationships with CIOs and CISOs and ability to influence strategic conversations
Experience with channel partners and channel-centric GTM strategies
