Requisitos principales Experience with vector similarity techniques at scale on search platforms
Professional work with search or vector databases and algorithms (e.g., HNSW, IVF)
Strong Java skills and familiarity with data structures, concurrency, and lambdas
Ability to work autonomously and guide projects from design to delivery
Experience with data stores like Elasticsearch, Solr, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra
Proven track record of using AI to accelerate development and optimize code
Ability to collaborate across functions and work asynchronously in distributed teams
