Overview In this role you will lead the design, planning and delivery of office refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple locations to optimize space use, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain budget alignment with Grifols strategy. You will collaborate with Facilities, IT and Security, coordinate with external vendors, and manage multi-site projects. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of design and execution processes and requires travel between sites. Requisitos principales Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Engineering or related field
Project Management certification is a plus
3–5 years of experience in managing office, retail or corporate space projects
Experience in managing multi-site projects is highly desirable
Strong background in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external vendors
Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design tools
Experience in budget management and project scheduling
Site supervision and construction management experience
Fluent English (minimum B2/C1)
Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving abilities and adaptability
