Overview In this role you design and implement security controls for Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments, guiding security decisions across Europe. You work at the intersection of architecture and execution to embed security into technology solutions and ensure compliance and reliability. You'll partner with Information Security, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen the firm's security posture and support enterprise initiatives, with a clear focus on Microsoft cloud platforms. You will lead vulnerability management, incident response support, and security architecture improvements, making an enterprise-wide impact in a complex, multi-country setting.
Responsabilidades Design, implement, and maintain security and compliance controls for Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
Act as a cybersecurity subject-matter expert for Europe and Country IT teams
Identify, assess,



and mitigate security risks across cloud and enterprise environments
Develop and maintain security documentation, standards, reports, and control frameworks
Requisitos principales Minimum 3 years in cloud security or enterprise cybersecurity engineering
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure security (Defender for Cloud, Microsoft Sentinel, IaaS, App/API, Storage/DB)
Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 security (Entra ID, Purview, Defender suite, Intune)
Experience with hybrid cloud environments and integrations
Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python or Bash)
Experience with large-scale or multi-country IT environments
