MissionAs Plant Quality Manager (m/f/d) on a permanent contract in La Roca, you will lead the local Quality team and ensure the highest quality standards across our existing product portfolio as well as new product introductions. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster a culture of quality excellence,



and contribute to the plant's operational performance.Lead and develop the Plant Quality team, promoting a strong quality mindset across the organization.Ensure product and process quality for both existing products and new product launches.Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO and VDA standards and company requirements.Drive problem-solving activities using structured methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.Support internal and external audits and ensure effective follow-up of corrective actions.Analyze quality performance indicators and initiate improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational excellence.Collaborate closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to achieve quality objectives.Be the contact point for the Group Quality department.Lead the implementation of Hager Group quality tools and requirements in the site and be the support
