Overview In this role you will enhance organizational performance in the nuclear sector by applying human factors to improve operations and safety. You will work closely with clients at the Ascó nuclear site in a hybrid arrangement, contributing to event analysis, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement. You will translate field observations into design and process enhancements that elevate human-system interaction. Requisitos principales Technical university degree (Engineering or related field)
Interest and background in Human Factors
High level of spoken and written English
Willingness to work on-site and participate in field activities
1+ year of experience or knowledge of the nuclear sector and technologies
Training in Occupational Risk Prevention
